Reelecting Bad Politicians

I would like to talk about people voting for horrible politicians.  I just read that David Vitter, Senator from Louisiana, won the GOP Primary.  This guy is horrible, but morons keep voting for him.   Do these people have NO problem with him having visited many prostitutes?  I suppose since it ok in the Bible, it must be ok with our politicians.   I really do not care who sleeps with who and how much they paid, but you can’t do that stuff and be spewing “family values” nonsense.  There is nothing more hypocritical than that in my book.

Here is another politician that does not deserve to be reelected and I am certain he did win the GOP primary for Governor in Texas.  That jerk-off is Rick Perry.  Here is a Governor that executed an innocent man and had the proof and still let the state of Texas kill him.   How can anyone vote for this guy and actually feel good about it?  Then he had a commission look into the matter and when they didn’t give him the answer he wanted he shut down the investigation.
These are just two example of bad politicians that are up for reelection that do not deserve to be reelected.

If you haven’t read this @ HuffPo already, you’ll find this interesting.

Yesterday, PPP unveiled a handful of the toplines of this same poll, suggesting that a great number of voters are still unaware of Vitter’s recent travails, including prostitution scandals, and the more recent discovery that he knowingly employed a top aide for two years after the aide attacked his girlfriend with a knife. Only 21 percent say Vitter is a “good model” of Christian living. But 44 percent say he’s not a good model, and 35 percent say they don’t know.

  2. N Dogg me and you both live in Florida and we know this guy should be reelected. But those in Louisiana just don’t pay attention. Sad.
